My current employer manages multiple business processes, including a variety of business lines that encompass the life cycle of commercial loans. Many of these processes are handled manually. Are there other vehicles my employer could utilize to increase work efficiency and take on more business lines to increase profitability? With all the technology available to businesses today, there are other vehicles that can be used to satisfy my employer's current and potential future needs.

There are many factors when handling business processes manually, including efficiency, human error, and proper time management. Managing business processes manually usually takes a lot of time to create trackers to monitor workflow. Maintaining the business process is also time-consuming since we need to assign deals and input the necessary information for the assignment to be completed. Quality control is very important as well, which also takes time to accomplish. You need proper communication, too, in order to let the appropriate personnel know a task has been completed so the business process can move to the next level within the process. The human error factor also takes part in managing a business process manually. Everyone makes mistakes, so this is something that happens every so often. It would be an upgrade to limit the human error factor as much as possible. When managing a business process manually, you tend to think if there are other business lines you could also be working on to increase profitability for the company. Can we make the business processes more efficient and be able to meet the needs of the company in a positive manner?

Improving the business process is important to me for a variety of reasons. If we can improve the company's business process, a lot of benefits can come from a more efficient business process. Employees can work in a stress-free environment, which would limit turnover in the company and improve employee morale. The business can also take on more business lines to improve profitability, which would lead to satisfied investors and better employee compensation.

My research shows the overall process of managing a business process through software similar to the K2 platform. It discusses what the software is capable of and the benefits of using such software. There are benefits and disadvantages of the software. The research also discusses how to determine the appropriate setup so the software can meet the needs of the company.

In conclusion, I think that using software like K2 can improve efficiency, limit human error, and improve time management. The K2 software also has the capability to generate various reports that can be useful and beneficial to the company as a whole. The K2 software can potentially improve the company in various ways to keep it profitable and ensure that it is easily managed compared to the traditional manual business process. The stakeholders have approved the K2 process, and it is currently in the testing phase. Once the testing phase is completed, we will train the appropriate personnel and put the K2 process into production.
