The problem I want to address is functionality in my current workplace. As of now, I manage a team from India that populates rent rolls and financial statement data. We currently manage this process with a tracker that we built in Excel. However, a lot of manual work is needed to manage this process in Excel. There are other options available to manage this process a lot easier, like the K2 platform, which can automate this process for the most part. This process has a reasonably large population, including our client (India), our HSC team in NC, and the Asset Manager team in NY. Implementing a platform like K2 will reduce manual tracking of the loan Pool of 200+ loans. This solution would also limit the human error factor since we would have the ability to automate the majority of the tracking system. Efficiency and time management would improve, so we would spend less time trying to manage a manual process and concentrate on other projects to increase profitability.
